POGBA NOT GUARANTEED TO LEAVE JUVENTUS NEXT SUMMER, SAYS AGENT
The France international has been linked with
many clubs and Mino Raiola revealed three
unnamed suitors had made bids, but warned
he could remain in Turin
Paul Pogba could stay at Juventus beyond
the end of the season, according to the
midfielder's agent.
In July, the Serie A champions claimed that
they had rejected an €80 million bid for the
France international, while Chelsea and
Manchester City were also among the clubs
interested during the summer.
"Three teams had put offers of around €85
million plus bonuses on the table but he
wanted to stay at Juve and Juve wanted to
keep him," Mino Raiola told GR Parlamento .
"He has never been told he must leave after
this season, he could stay another year
because he decided to extend his contract
with them.
"Right now there is no pre-agreement with
anybody."
Speaking about Pogba's possible suitors,
Raiola signalled that they must satisfy both
his client and the club's needs for a deal to
prosper.
"When the right proposal comes along at the
right time and with everybody's goodwill, we
can start advancing," he said.
"But whoever wants Pogba will still have to
come to an agreement with Juventus."
