THIS GUY BUILT A MANSION FIT FOR A LITERAL KING . . . MOAT AND ALL!

High-rolling Miami Architect Charles Sieger
wasn't playing when he started making plans
for his outrageous dream house. While most of
us mere mortals wish for simple things like
stainless steel appliances, maybe a pool or a
walk-in closet, Mr. Sieger was thinking moats
and draw bridges. His own private castle,
called "Chateau Artisan" (kinds sounds like a
fancy steakhouse), was inspired by French and
English castles and manor houses. And those
places were built in the times of fire-breathing
dragons, so you know - they needed serious
protection. Little old ADT wasn't gonna stop an
army of knights.

Chateau Artisan is what happens when a
loaded architect builds a house. This over-the-
top castle floats on a man-made lake (or moat,
depending on who you ask) and is listed for
sale. The asking price? A cool $12 million.
Keeping in line with all that medieval style,
Sieger dug out a giant circular moat - perfect
for keeping all the ZOMBIES out, looking at you
Walking Dead! But of course this dude didn't
stop there because he also had to build just
one road leading in and out of the house and a
heavy metal gate. The man is clearly paranoid
about some kind of home invasion , he also
installed regular and infrared cameras along
the road and around the house. But Dwyane
Wayne and Gabrielle Union dug it because of
all the places they could've gotten married
they chose this medieval party house . Wonder
if they hired court jesters to entertain them?
