Arsenal are ready to join the race to sign
Everton defender John Stones, according
to reports.
The Gunners will be up against Chelsea for
the 21-year-old – who has been in fine
form this season.
The Stamford Bridge attempted to sign the
England international in the summer, but
were unable to prise him away from
Goodison Park.
Toffees boss Roberto Martinez is again
unlikely to want to sell the player in
January – meaning a move may not be
possible until next summer.

Cristiano Ronaldo wants Man United move

Real Madrid’s Cristiano Ronaldo is keen to
return to Manchester United – even if PSG
make a move for him.
The Daily Mirror believe that the
Portuguese wants the move even if the
Parisian side make good on an offer of
£500,000-a-week wages.
A stumbling block to the move may be the
size of the fee involved.
However, the commercial benefits of
bringing the 30-year-old back to Old
Trafford should outweigh the immediate
outlay.
Liverpool keen on move for Borussia
Dortmund pair – report
Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp is
interested in bringing Marco Reus and
Mats Hummels to Anfield from former club
Borussia Dortmund.
The pair could cost the Reds a combined
£56 million – £24.5 million for Mats
Hummels and £31.5 million for Marco
Reus.
However, they would also be a large
improvement on the current crop of
Liverpool stars.
