KingtBlakhoc who shared a screenshot of the ranking on his Instagram page, is also number one in Nigeria and number 3 in Africa. The rankings screenshot he shared, came with the caption;

The name Tobiloba Isaac Jolaoso might mean nothing to you, but his moniker Kingtblakhoc is popular on social media.
