England suffered at the hands of Spain last
night, losing 2-0 thanks to goals from Mario
Gaspar and Santi Cazorla.
It was a poor night for many players - with Adam
Lallana, Fabian Delph and Kyle Walker all being
singled out by some fans.
Manchester United midfielder Michael Carrick
also had a poor game and it certainly did not end
well for him. He suffered a nasty looking ankle
injury late in the game and it certainly seems as
though Louis van Gaal might have to do without
his vice-captain for a while.

He was pictured after the game having a chat
with his former Manchester United team-mate
Gerard Pique and he was certainly in a bad way,

will have a scan tomorrow. #mufc

The midfielder has played in 14 games for United
this season and whilst many doubt his impact for
the club he has only been on the losing side
twice for the club this season.
However it certainly appears as though
Manchester United might have to do without him
for a little while after this injury.
