Reports: Jose Mourinho set for Man United
Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho has agreed in
principle to join Man United at the end of the
season, as per Tuttomercato.
Chelsea’s struggles in the Premier League this
season have been largely attributed to the
Portuguese manager. The Blues lost their
seventh league contest of the season to Stoke
at the weekend, leaving them in 16th in the
division heading into the international break.
Jose Mourinho’s Chelsea has conceded 23
league goals this season.
It has been widely tipped that the experienced
52-year-old will be the next manager to be
fired in the English top flight, although Chelsea
owner Roman Abramovich has kept his faith
with Mourinho so far.
But it appears, per the report, that Mourinho
has found his next job with a deal to take him
to Old Trafford already in place.
